I'm new to Hellwitch. Where do I start?
Welcome! With Hellwitch, Hellbourne (Chapter 1) is the best place to start. The Forsaken (Chapter 2) would be the second story to read, followed by Sacrilegious (Chapter 3), and finally, Wargasm (Chapter 4).
We offer physical copies of all of these books, as well as digital copies here on BackerKit. Check them out!

Can Brian Pulido sign my campaign items?
Yes, Brian would be happy to sign most items offered on this campaign. We do ask for your signing preferences on qualifying items during your backer survey. Please note that he cannot offer signatures on Chase Editions, Mystery Envelope books, apparel, and items included in the Free Bonus Items Packs.

Can you send my books to CGC for grading?
Yes! Coffin Comics is an authorized CGC dealer and we do offer Universal (blue label) grading as well as Signature Series (yellow label) grading with Brian’s certified signature. We’ll ask you if you’d like to us to get in touch with you regarding CGC services will during your backer survey. Just keep in mind that CGC currently will not grade and slab our jeweled books.
NOTE: We can only offer CGC Signature Series grading with a Brian Pulido signature. If you intend on getting signatures from other creators on your books for the purpose of CGC Signature Series grading, they must be witnessed in person. In such a case, we recommend choosing “UNSIGNED” copies during your backer survey and to later get your signatures witnessed at a show or event to be submitted through an authorized CGC facilitator.

How long will it take to get my books back from CGC?
We’re sorry to say, probably a little longer than you might expect. Due to a large spike in demand, CGC currently has an average processing time of around 6 months on their more affordable “Modern” grading tier. Unfortunately, this is not expected to change soon. If you do decide on CGC grading, we’ll definitely get your order out to CGC for processing in a timely manner, but just be aware that the processing times at CGC are currently much longer than they have ever been.

When will I be billed for add-ons that I purchased in BackerKit?
If you order add-ons through BackerKit, we will collect your credit/debit card info, but we will not bill your card until survey lockdown on Friday, December 10. Please plan accordingly!

I pledge for a digital reward. How and when will my reward be delivered?
All digital rewards will be distributed to backers sometime in March 2022, around the same time we begin fulfilling our physical rewards. We will notify all backers as we draw closer to the exact delivery date.

How will my rewards be shipped and how will they be packaged?
We will be fulfilling all rewards with USPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that USPS shipping in particular may not be available to all countries, depending on COVID-19 restrictions.
In terms of packaging, we go through great lengths to uphold the very best shipping and handling procedures in the industry. We use boxes all rated at 200 pound or better burst strength. Your items will be securely packaged so that they don’t shift during transit. Any of our past customers or backers will be able to tell you how much we care about these things!

How long do I have to complete my BackerKit survey?
In order to fulfill Wargasm in the most efficient manner possible, we ask that everyone has their backer surveys completed by Friday, December 10 at 5:00PM MST (4:00PM PST / 7:00PM EST). Backers who complete their surveys after this “survey lockdown” will potentially experience shipping delays. Backers who don’t complete their surveys within 60 days of the survey lockdown may be subject to order cancellations with a full refund.

How much will I be charged for shipping if I buy add-ons in BackerKit?
Shipping is FREE for all add-ons purchased by backers residing in the United States. If you’re an international backer, there will be a reasonable shipping fee added to your total amount, which will vary depending on the item you select and where you live. These shipping rates only reflect the actual cost differences we incur between domestic and international rates. We do not profit from shipping and handling and we never will!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
